Get thin
"No pain no gain!"
You must have heard the above proverb many times in your life. Now, I'm sure you are reading this blog because you want to get thin and lose your weight. But if you think its going to be in a couple of months and that you can use some short cuts or use some pills or drugs that could get you thin and lose fat quickly without any efforts, you better remain fat. Because what I'm going to mention here and help other mates here is about doing exercise and work hard to get rid of extra weight and fat. The so called short cuts will just bring you the side effects and probably death which I don't think you want to afford!
What I did was just exercise that made me lose my weight and fat in almost 6-7 months. I did very famous and apparently but not actually difficult exercises which include jogging and weight lifting. What is most important in the whole process is your daily routine, your sleeping duration and normal diet. I've completely mentioned all the above mentioned exercises, diet and daily routine on how to lose weight fast. I didn't spend a singly penny for pills or paid any trainer and I don't just want you to do. Keep faith in God and work hard and make your goals about how much you have to lose at the end of each months and I bet you will be successful.
